ONLY FOLDERS in Gmail – All Mail & Trash Archiving messages is moving a message into a filing cabinet instead of putting them in the trash. If someone replies to a message that has been archived, it will reappear in your inbox. New emails are automatically in your “ALL MAIL” folder but get labeled with INBOX.
