Admonished (v) ◦ warn or reprimand someone firmly ◦ The teacher did not praise him, but rather admonished him about excessive noise.

Monument (n) ◦ a statue, building, or other structure erected to commemorate a famous or notable person or event. ◦ The Holocaust monument stands in Washington, DC to remember the victims.

Premonitions (n) ◦ a strong feeling that something is about to happen, especially something unpleasant ◦ They said she had premonitions about the future and could foresee danger.

Summoned (v) ◦ authoritatively or urgently call on someone to be present, especially as a defendant or witness in a law court ◦ The contents of the large envelope summoned and called her forward to testify at the trial.
