3  Morgan Stanley was created when the Glass- Steagall Act put limitations on corporations. This lead to promising beginnings, but also sufferings, as did other banks when the market crashed. Morgan Stanley is a key competitor along with those in the market of Investment banking, and Asset Management is an aspect which should be focused on to create more revenue.
