Special Events Committee Presentation Fall Council of Chiefs OA Museum The goal is to create an experience for all attendees and showcase the significant history and role our section has played in the Order of the Arrow. Historical Displays of each Lodge (including merged lodges) Displays will include Lodge Insignia, photos, key people, events etc…. This experience will be interactive and engaging for all arrow men National Officers and Former Section Chiefs will be on hand to help serve as guides in the Museum

Special Events Committee Presentation Fall Council of Chiefs Section Chief/ National Officer Reunion A reunion is being planned to have all former Section Chiefs and National Officers from our Section in attendance at this years conclave. This group will include chiefs from both Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi. They will play significant role in the program of conclave as well. - Serving as guides in the museum - How else can we use these folks during the day at Conclave

Special Events Committee Presentation Fall Council of Chiefs VIA Dinner VIA Dinner will be held at the Pinnacle Pavilion (attendees will be shuttled to the location) This dinner will be held in conjunction with the Section Chief/ National Officer Reunion Menu (will be finalized by Spring COC) (Working with Local Vendors such as Calhouns, Ye Olde Steakhouse) Invitees will be Lodge Chief, Youngest Arrowman, and Section Officers

7. Special Events Committee Presentation Fall Council of Chiefs Different than past years- we want to be inclusive rather than exclusive. The same ceremony that was used during 1990 will be performed. This will be done immediately after the campfire and all members at Conclave are encouraged to attend We would like 15 ceremonialists from the section to participate in full regalia. 8. Special Events Committee Presentation Fall Council of Chiefs Centennial Celebration 100 th Anniversary Event that will take place on Friday night after campfire. Will include Ice Cream, cake, and floats Food will be served by Section Officers, Advisers, and other Committee members.

Special Events Committee Presentation Fall Council of Chiefs Budget Request Budget Request of $2000.00 This will cover: - Expo Rental Material (Drapes etc..) - Production of Material for Display (Kinkos isn’t cheap) - Display material (Felt, display boards etc…) - Plexi Glass for Displays Ice Cream for Centennial Celebration VIA Dinner Expenses Printing Expenses for Invitations for VIA Dinner, and Section/National Officer Reunion
