Two Separate Functions: Fulbright Grant Programs –The Fulbright Program deepens mutual understanding between the United States and Norway by providing grants for the exchange of graduate students, teachers, scholars, and professionals. Educational Advising –The center strives to provide accurate, comprehensive, current, and unbiased information on educational opportunities in the United States.
