2 Studio Cambridge - An Overview Studio Cambridge is the oldest English Language School in Cambridge, England We are not part of a chain of schools; we are privately owned and managed We are accredited by the British Council and are a member of International Association of Language Centres (IALC), English UK and Education UK Our main school is located only 10 minutes by foot from Cambridge city centre and just 400 metres from the train station

3 Junior Camps All our junior camps include the following: At least 15 or 21 hours of English tuition per week Accommodation (residential or homestay or both) All meals Activities Excursions (except for Sir George which are optional and at additional cost) Airport transfers from/to Heathrow or Stansted on Sundays Insurance

4 Sir Richard Camp Overview For students aged 10 - 16 years old Campus course held at Leighton Park School in Reading 15 hours of English tuition per week Choice of 10 hours of dance or mixed activities options per week 2 full-day excursions per week (except during departure week) Maximum capacity of 220 students at one time Beautiful campus school, set in spacious grounds with excellent sports facilities Good location in Reading, only 3km from the city centre Only 25 minutes by train from London

5 Sir Richard Course Centre Located 3km from Reading town centre and only 45km from London Independent boarding school set in large grounds Residences on campus Students live, study and eat on campus, with activities also taking place in the school grounds Ratio of 1 adult to 7 children Students are supervised at all times Sports facilities include artificial turf pitch, indoor gym, tennis courts, dance rooms,an indoor heated swimming pool and many grass playing fields Common rooms in residences Computer rooms with free email access

6 Sir Richard Facilities

7 Sir Richard Accommodation Rooms shared by two or more students of the same sex which are spacious, clean and comfortable Several residential buildings all on campus, with staff living in each building to supervise Shared bathrooms and showers All meals provided on campus in the large, modern dining hall Free laundry provided by the school staff Change of bed linen once per week Students are not allowed off-campus unless part of a supervised activity or excursion

8 Sir Richard Course Content 15 hours of English lessons per week Classes always in the morning and mixed-nationality Course materials provided Certificate and end of course report upon completion of course 10 hours of dance or mixed activities provided per week Evening activities 7 days per week Activities office and staff Excellent welfare staff 2 full-day excursions per week on a Wednesday and Sunday
