Application Process – take 2 Print the Application form Place Application form and signed Letters of Recommendation in an envelope Place title of the Award/Grant on the envelope Place in your Conference Paperwork to Jennifer Forrest- James EXCEPT FOR: Teacher of the Year forms and letters of recommendation. 8. Letters of Recommendation Students, Parents, Peers, Administrators Each Application has a Letter of Recommendation requirement. A Rec letter should not be longer than 1 page in length. It should have the Name of the person being considered, why they deserve the recognition, and the name and contact information of the person writing the recommendation. The Author may be contacted for verification.
