It meets scientifica and academic production in digital support (DSpace) by the application of international standards (OAI/PMH, etc.) Also European, as OpenAIRE and ESE (Europeana Semantic Elements). 18. 11.1 Author’s Rights – DIGITUM Licence. - Licence compulsory to be accepted in order to publish in DIGITUM. –Declaration that work is original and does not break other author rights. –Author declares he/she is owner of his/her work. –Guarantees UMU the right, non-exclusive, to distribute the work.

19. 11.2. Author’s Rights - DIGITUM Licence. –Licences joined to OAI movement (Open Archives Initiative). –Allow authors to freely deposit their work in Internet, limiting its use, protecting this way their works from improper use. –4 main conditions combine in 6 types of licences.
