Ripley's believe it or not!!!

What is Ripley's? Ripley's Believe It or Not! Was founded by Robert Ripley, it is a book full of bizarre events and items so strange and unusual that readers might question ‘’ is that real ?’’

Robert Ripley Robert Ripley Born - In Santa Rosa, California on the 25 th December 1890 Died - In New York on 27 th May 1949 aged 58

Robert Ripley’s life was dedicated to travel, which was an obsession. He reported on and experienced unbelievable things in exotic places all over the world. The majority of his readers never experienced other cultures, so he expanded his daily cartoon subject matter from sports oddities to international Believe It or Nots! Upon his return to New York in 1923, The New York Globe newspaper which employed him, folded. Ripley was approached soon after this to produce a Believe It or Not! book. More than 500,000 copies were sold and in the eighteen months following publication of the first Believe It or Not! book, Ripley made more than $1 million dollars.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Annual is a hardback reference book of unusual stories and images. The books consist of hundreds of snippets and longer in-depth articles, illustrated with glossy photographs. Seven books have been produced since 2005 and they are published worldwide by Ripley Publishing.

I went to Ripley's London in 2013 Easter it was epic and here are some of the photos I took there.
