H ISTORY S INCE 1987, 達叔 HAS STARTED HIS CAREER WITH A PARTNER IN MILKFISH CUISINES. I N 2012, 達叔 DECIDED TO STEP UP A NOTCH AND STARTED HIS OWN RESTAURANT CALLED “27 號廚房 ”.

25 YEARS AGO, 達叔 STARTED HIS CAY REER WITH HIS UNCLE IN A FIVE SQUARE METERS WIDE SPACE, WHERE THEY MAINLY SERVE MILKFISH CUISINES. YEARS HAVE PASSED AND THEY REALIZED THAT THEIR IDEAS HAVE GONE IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. THIS IS WHEN 達 叔 DECIDED TO START HIS OWN BUSINESS WITH HIS LOVELY WIFE. WITH THEIR COLLABORATION, THE IDEA OF A STIR FRY RESTAURANT NAMED “27 號廚 房 ” SPROUTED IN MARCH 2012.
