Partly due to financial benefits,that is, many people are making money at the cost of the environment. which should be put first, economy or the environment How do we develop economy without damaging the environment? In our passage today, we will learn a television debate about environmental issues in which two people present their view about which should be put first, economy or the environment Who are arguing? This is a debate between an environmentalist and an economist.
