Timeline January 2016: Commission will initiate rule adoption process Mid-February to Mid-March : 30-day public comment period April 2016 : Commission consideration of public comments and vote May 2016: if adopted, the rule will become effective and Guidance Doc will be available

Timeline Implementation of rule changes will be phased in over two academic years All changes implemented by AY 2018-19 A detailed implementation timeline will be provided with Guidance
