3 1.01 Factors and Strategies that Promote Personal Development
Prioritize by importance To-do lists Planners Calendars Do not over commit yourself Learn to say no Avoid procrastination (what is it? I’ll tell you tomorrow) Develop self-esteem Know your strengths and weaknesses Accept yourself as you are Be aware that hormones will affect you physically and emotionally

Be honest, helpful, pleasant Let boss be aware of you school/test schedule Character development begins in childhood, but it is never too late to become a better person Accept responsibility for YOUR actions Help others that may need a friend New students Show respect for others especially those that others may pick on. Take care of the things you borrow from others Do your part around the house. Take care of your chores without having to be asked Listen to your conscience Do not take or keep things that are not yours

Friends, radio (too loud or too harsh), texting Take breaks (but not too many) Have space you need Be comfortable (but not too much) Organize classroom notes every day Divide study time into smaller segments instead of cramming all at once.
