1.Choose a tool to use to collect and analyze data per cohort/location/graduation date, etc. 2.Common tools used include: Excel or Access 3.Identify a support person to keep database up to date (may need to send person for training on use of the database tool) 4.Use the tool to analyze data and make program decisions
