Aim of the session: to decide what the Permanent Secretariat needs to know during the next Planning period and to identify appropriate indicators and means of verification for the next Plan

Goal 3.1Expected resultsIndicatorsMeans of verification Identify all kinds of THB victims, including victims of internal trafficking. 1) Practical indicators (tell-tale signs) developed and in use by relevant frontline agencies; 2) Relevant agencies (list them) are familiar with indicators; 2) An increase in numbers of victims belonging to specified categories not previously identified 1)Confirmation that relevant frontline agencies have conducted trainings and retained 80% trained staff; 2)Specify numbers in relevant categories identified in 2011, which are expected to have increased by 2013 or 2015 1.Number of trainings by each relevant agency completed in a specified 24-month period; 2.Permanent Secretariat (or other) to check the quality of trainings is satisfactory 3.Information on identified victims submitted by anti- trafficking police, allowing number in specific categories identified in 2011 to be compared with 2013 (or 2015)
