5. Signing in to your espace  Open this application by clicking edespatch’s espace widget from your program menu (Make sure your internet is connected)  Sign in with your espace password

Check letters in your espace View total number of New (Unread) Letters New (Unread) Letters Mouse over to view subject & other details View when this letter is dispatched to you Click to read the letter Click to read & add remarks Click to read enclosures if any Click to search a Letter Sign out safely

7. Add or View Remarks View Remarks on this letter sent by other officers Enter If you want to give your remark which will be viewed to other officers

Search a Letter from Archive View total number of letters in your espace Search Letters by its number or Subject Search letters sent by offices and officers View year wise letters and click to view month wise of the selected year View Month wise letters and click to view day wise of the selected month View day wise letters and click to view letters

9. Update with new version If any new version is available an update link will be shown here. Click on the link to update the version.
