Impacts of E2E Budget of E2E: 8 billions per year More than 200,000 young people benefit London Central: contract with 30 colleges, 35 schools, 49 employers on work base training

Impacts of MA Government funding covers 100% of the mandatory aspects 220,000 young people benefit in 2003

Observations LSC does not provide training itself : - focus in planning and fund allocation - an overwhelming role in service provision Money reward is a kind of essential incentive MA carries out in industrial sector as well as commercial and social service sectors

Implications to H.K. The functions of LSC is a good reference in planning and funding for post-school education and training Emphasize the role of Personal Advisors in the helping process Improving a progression route for the apprentices by establishing Qualification Framework
