Shelter Most Ottawa Indian people live in their original home land in southern Ontario and Michigan state. Other Ottawa's were moved to Oklahoma by the US government, and some Ottawa's taken into Ojibwa bands.

Shelter The Ottawa lived along the shore of Georgia Bay of Canada when the French explorer Samuel De Champlain located them in 1615. They originally lived in the upper peninsula, but were pushed out by the Iroquois, who moved into the area from New York state.

Natural Recourses Ottawa hunters and warriors used bows, arrows, clubs, and hide shields. Ottawa women grew crops of corn, beans, and squash. Ottawa men hunted deer and small game and went fishing in there canoes

Natural Resources Ottawa Indian foods include cornbread and soups.
