Understanding how to Implement Core Lean Toolkit Understanding how to run multiple Lean Improvement projects How to support Lean Implementation Externally delivered – Bourton Group, Investors in Excellence It is not strictly a Six Sigma or Lean Sigma Green Belt course that is required and other courses being run like the Flite training (that are also aimed at an intermediate level) will be considered if it is felt beneficial to the person and the role they are due to carry out.

The Lean Academy may not be the perfect solution to a complex question of who needs Lean training in a large organisation and what level of training do they really require to affect the change we want, but it is Carillions current approach and it is working for us.
