Updates Job’s guidance – New Guidance was issued December 18 th by OMB The method/formula for calculating jobs was simplified to use a percentage of FTE to express jobs created or retained. Jobs are counted quarterly -no longer cumulative – Resulting in new ARRA Jobs Guidelines –draft date: 1/12/2010
