1. Mandatory Registration of Programme Office or Block Development Officer And Registration of Technical Assistant and Mapping of Technical Assistant with Panchayat

2. 1.If user login from Programme Officer/Block,System will automatically check whether this block has registered Programme officer or Block Development Officer.

3. 2. If block has not registered Programme Officer or BDO then system will display message “ Please register Block Development Officer/Programme Officer” along with option to register PO/BDO through Staff Registration form.

4. 3. User will register PO/BDO in this block. User can also skip this registration upto 25 th May,2015. from 25 th May, 2015 onwards user will not able to do data entry without registration of PO/BDO at block level.

5. 4. If PO/BDO is registered in block level, then system will display number of job card in this block, Recommended TA for this block and Actual TA registered in this block. 5.There is two option in this form i.e. 1. to register TA as per the notification and to map TA with panchayat. 6.If Actual Registered TA is 0 then user will select register TA option to register TA and Mapping TA option will be disable in this case. 7. If actual Registered TA is 1 or more than 1 then both options i,e register TA or map TA will be available for user. 8. User can skip this page till 29 th May,2015. from 29 th May,2015 onwards block has to register PO/BDO and TA and mapping of TA with all panchayats. No of Recommended TA = total Job Cards in Block/2500

6. 9. If user selects Register TA option then system will display Staff registration form to register TA.

7. 10. If user selects Mapping TA option then system will display mapping form.

8. 11.In mapping form system will display all registered TA in drop down list, once user selects any TA, system will display his mapping status, availability of mapping alongwith available panchayats for TA mapping. 12. User can map one TA upto 10 Panchayats. User will select panchayats from this list based on availability of mapping of selected TA.
