Copyright 2002 Classroom/School Uses There are 2 very useful components of e- mail that you can use efficiently exchange information with parents, students, and colleagues: 1. the ability to group members of your address book and send mail messages to all members with one click 2. the ability to attach not only images and small sound and movie files, but also just about any file generated with any software.

Copyright 2002 Attaching Files to E-mail This is as easy as it looks, but, verify that your files are small enough to send. It is easy to accidentally choose a file that has not been compressed, e.g., a 4MB psd file.
