Signing up for Complementary Evaluation 1.Go to http://www.bandltech.com/siteangel 2.Click on the “Free 21 day Trial” button 3.Fill out the form, filling in all required information 4.Click “Next” and the confirmation e-mail is sent

Account Activation Confirmation email is sent to user User clicks on link or pastes it into a browser window Account is then activated What to do if the customer does not receive the confirmation email

Choosing a Critical Path Exercise back end systems Simulate customer actions Visit the most used areas of the target website Note about frames

Teaching in Action Name the Angel Enter the URL for the starting point Follow the critical path Close the teaching window

Complete Teaching Close browser window Choose either “Start measuring” or “Review Critical Path” Reviewing the critical path is highly recommended

Reviewing the Critical Path Configure notification criteria Performance Criteria “Verify that the page returns within the specified time” Page Content Criteria “Verify that specified text is NOT found on the page “Verify that specified text is found on the page” “Verify that the page title is NOT a specified value” “Verify that the page title is a specified value” Appearance of frames in Visual Playback Step names can be changed

Configuring Notification Criteria Set playback frequency Maximum frequency is determined for each customer Setting Operational Goals Renaming the SiteAngel Don’t forget to click “Save Changes”

Configuring Operational Goals Goals are set on the configuration page for the individual Angel Remember to click “Save Changes” after changing the Operational Goals

Configuring Problem Notifications Notification timeouts may be configured on the “Configuration Problem Notification” screen Notifications can be sent to either email addresses or pagers that are able to receive email Pager notifications are shorter and do not contain hyperlinks to the faulting Angel Multiple notifications can be configured for a single Angel

Scheduled Reports Can be delivered: Daily Weekly Monthly Contains URL to the Angel reporting screen Gives overview information
