3 Sunday 1) Entrance into Jerusalem: Mat 21:1-11; Mark 11:1-11; Luke 19:28-44; John 12:12-19.

5 From: Bethphage - “house of unripe figs”. Bethany - “house of affliction”.

7 Our Lord sent two disciples ahead to secure the prophesized colt on which He would ride in. Isa 62:11; Zech 9:9

8 The festive crowd called out “Hosanna in the highest” without truly knowing what they were saying, John 12:37.

9 It was actually an entrance of sorrow as noted in Luke 19:41-44.

10 2) Cleansing of the temple: Mat 21:12-18; Mark 11:12-19; Luke 19:45-46.

11 Commemorating the ritual cleansing of leaven before the feast of Unleavened Bread.

12 Monday (and into Tuesday?) 1) Cursing of the Fig Tree: Mat 21:18-22; Mark 11:12-25.

13 The cursing of the fig tree was analogous to Israel losing its client nation status until the Millennial reign, because of their spiritual depravity.

15 3) Prophecy of Jerusalem’s destruction: Mat 24:1-2; Mark 13:1-2; Luke 21:5-6.

17 5) Prophecy of Crucifixion, Jesus prepared for burial and betrayal plot begins: Mat 26:1-16; Mark 14:1-11; Luke 22:1-6.

19 Thursday Jesus’ trials before the Pharisees, Herod and Pilate, crucifixion and burial: Mat 26:57-27:66; Mark 14:53-15:47; Luke 22:54-23:55; John 18:12-42.

21 Friday Because of trichotomous separation at Christ’s death, His body remained in the tomb while His Human Spirit was with the Father in Heaven and His soul was in Hades.

22 Remained for 3 days and 3 nights as prophesized by our Lord in the analogy of Jonah. Mat 12:38-40; 16:4, 21; Luke 11:29-30; Jonah 1:17
