3. Objectives To improve women skills and competences to involve them in the labour market. To transfer Prodest’s Women Entrepreniural Model from Italy to partner countries; To adapt the Model according to territoral and sectorial/subsectorial needs: - ex. Textil where women are traditionaly involved; - ex. Industry Automation where women are less represented. To spread results to the stakeholders to enlarge the impact of the project. To enhance the gender equality.

4. Results Increasing women entreprises in partner countries; Promoting the best practices in this field; Enhancing the quality of learning system; Enhancing women involvement in the labour market; European networking.
