Complete the first column on page 371 – define each term before reading the articles During Reading Read the article that I have provided as well as the article on pages 371-374 and complete the following Underline words/phrases Mark the text WITH 2 DIFFERENT COLORS for evidence that could help you support or challenge the inclusion of R&J in the 9 th grade Use the SAME color coding system for the unit so that you will be able to identify your evidence easily when you start writing your synthesis argument Use one color for support (FOR) Use the other for challenge(AGAINST) Complete the graphic on page 371 for ONE of the articles
