A- Levels of Organization:
1- Cells the basic unit of life Humans have many different cells that carry out many different functions.
4
2- Tissues: Groups of similar cells working together to perform a task
Heart Lung Skin 3- Organ: Groups of tissues working together to perform a task.
5
4- Organ Systems: a group of Organs working together to perform a task.

II- Skeletal System A- Function B- Bones are Strong but Light.
1-Support 2- Protects Internal Organs 3- Produces Blood Cells B- Bones are Strong but Light.
7
1- Joints: Place where bones meet.
a- ball and socket b-hinge c-immovable d-pivot
8
2- Tendons: Attach muscle to bone
3-Ligaments: Attach bone to bone

III- Muscle A- Two Types 1- Voluntary you can control
a- Skeletal muscle 2- Involuntary you have no control over. a- Cardiac (Heart) b- Smooth (Stomach, Circulatory)
