2.  To SET APART!  “Set apart for GOD’S SPECIFIC, EXCLUSIVE USE.”  Set apart to live according to God’s DEMANDS and in His SERVICE.

3.  A vital dimension to any organization is its LEADERSHIP.  It is the CRITICAL ingredient.  People eventually MODEL their leaders.  Intensity and impact of leadership INCREASES in smaller groups.

6.  What you are trying to produce in your members must be PARAMOUNT in your life.  A CONSECRATED leader has made a CHOICE to follow Jesus Christ.  It is through OBEDIENCE to GOD evidenced by the CHOICES we make!  Godly LEADERS make godly CHOICES.

7.  Our goal is to impact LOSTNESS in our community and make DISCIPLES.  We have PROGRAMS, formulas and developed STRATEGIES but nothing works like having CONSECRATED leaders.  As leaders CONSECRATE themselves to God and YIELD to His will, SERVANTHOOD becomes more evident.  It is all about our ATTITUDE!

12.  Consecration is not a CEREMONY; it is making GODLY CHOICES!  Paul had CONSECRATED himself to a life of OBEDIENCE to God.  When you exercise SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES daily and let others see a CONSECRATED life, it will be CAUGHT by those you lead.
