9 Use the Advanced Order Search Tool to find a specific order or group of orders

10 Click on the “Search By” drop down menu and choose an option

11 All comments & Status Changes are dated and time stamped They are archived below the comments field within the order

12 Benefits Reduces Time (can be used for cancellations & credit hold announcements) OFUSA CSRs will mediate a response after 24 hours The order placer is notified directly Order status can be changed All comments are archived Advanced Search function Should be used for orders that are pending Use as a form of acknowledging if you do not currently acknowledge orders
