Representatives of the three employee bargaining units 3. Lead Principal/designee from each of the three Learning Communities 4. District staff and consultants to provide facilitation and resource support for the Task Force

Outreach Task Force Process Review comprehensive enrollment and facility data Determine the need for boundary re-designation due to New Housing and TWBI Develop evaluation criteria Evaluate the schools under consideration Identify positive and negative variables for each school consideration for potential TWBI location Provide recommendations on the transition process Submit report to the Superintendent
