2. 1.Acquisitions: September 2002: the University of Pittsburgh East Asian Library was designated as the JAC Western art catalog depository library The Library has received two shipments: 1. 292 vols. from Freer Gallery on Nov. 2002 2. 325 volumes from ACE Japan on April 2003 617 volumes in total Made a book stamp indicating the each volume is part of the JAC Project Western art

3. 2. Cataloging No cataloger since July 2003 New cataloger from May 2004 Cataloging will start after May 2004 Cataloging in a similar manner to that used by the Freer Gallery, placing a note in 5XX field to designate catalogs as part of the JAC Collection.
