I am able to formulate my thoughts and opinions very well in front of large crowds or prominent figures

RELATING INTRODUCTION TO LEADERSHIP BOOK My leadership style is democratic “Democratic leaders treat subordinates as fully capable of doing work on their own.” Democratic leadership is very much my views of how leadership should be, because I believe that God created every man equally Galations 3:28 “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

QUESTIONS I often question God’s plan for me Am I going the right way? Is His will really better for me? I’ve found that if I let God first be the leader of my life, then He will show me His way is truly better EX: Baylor was at the bottom of my list for college choices, but God closed all the other doors. I was anxious and nervous about coming to Baylor, but I could not have chosen a better place for myself. I owe all the glory to God for the amazing opportunities that have come from attending Baylor.
