IN SUMMARY THE NEW BUDGET IS AS FOLLOWS: PROJECTED INCOME: $77,723.00 PROJECTED EXPENSES: $73,090.00 WITH NET INCOME OF: $4,633.00 MAJOR CHANGES IN BUDGET WILL BE: WE WILL REMOVE THE COOKIE DOUGH LINE ITEMS AND WILL REPLACE THEM WITH THE FUN RUN EXPENSES (APPROXIMATELY $1000) AND INCOME (PROJECTED $15,000). 13 May 2014 LTE General PTA Meeting

Actions not requiring further action of the General PTA: –Voted on LTE PTA Spring Carnival and Silent Auction Date is Saturday, April 11, 2015. –Voted on Fall Fun Run and Fuss Free Fundraisers for next school year.

7. REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD - Lara Anton, Vice President Actions Taken Requiring Further Action of PTA: The PTA must have three check signers on the LTE account. They are the President, Treasurer and one additional board member.
