7 Procurement and Planning Full blown CERN tender procedure for Raw water production, distribution and Demi water production. Market Survey dispatched mid September, 2014. – MS-4047, EDMS N o : 1399506 IT to be dispatched by mid November, 2014 The contract is foreseen to be awarded in April 2015 after Finance Committee approval in March 2015. Demi water distribution to be done within the framework of EN-CV small jobs contract or via an amendment of the main contract. System fully operational by December 2015.
