Planned work RA is now split into 2 sections: Initial planning phase and return to normal operation. Increased use of hydraulic modelling. Improved utilization of online turbidity instruments, pressure monitors and loggers. Guidance briefed out via classroom based training.

Onsite taste and odour procedure. Purchase of temporary PAC rigs. » Pencil shavings – black alkathene. Investigate material of service pipe. Replace Company’s side. Advise customer to replace their side if present. Resample.

7 Disinfection Control Index Measures taken to improve our coliform bacteria compliance at WTW Sample tap replacement programme. Sample line replacement programme is on-going. Optimum flushing time for sample lines. Increased site audits. Review of effectiveness of disinfection processes. Training and awareness for site personnel
