28 Apr 03 15 Southern Highlights Umm Qasr –Investigating transloading of grain to barges to enable shipment into the port A’Waja (near An Nasiriyah) –Food and water distributed Sunday via ration cards –Power supply substation destroyed – no power Al Amarah –6000 tons of grain located in the open –Testing and moving to proper storage –Harvest ongoing in the area
