Overview of the WIF Technical Assistance Model Pay for Success grants are part of WIF grants that currently includes 28 grants (2 PFS grants) Individual coaches assigned to each grantee Subject matter resources available for consultation and additional support as needed TA team assesses common needs and lessons learned and facilitates sharing among grantees Additional TA support for evaluation needs 3
