4 Checklists  You can use the pre and post Exam Board checklists for key information on what to do at each stage.

5 BOXI reports  Options available:  Grid or list-multiple students or single student per page  Finalists or non finalists  Anonymous tabs in some reports  Export tabs to allow you to export to Excel and manipulate reports to suit the needs of your Exam Board

6 Example reports: UG Degree Classification Automatically Calculated  Grid style  Final Years, shows working out  Typically 2 pages per student UG/1 page for GT  Option to exclude Level C

9 Results Summary (list style)  List style, multiple students per page  Use for UG/GT  Most suitable for non finalists  Tabs give option to anonymise by listing by ID number only

11 Summary of key points  It is important to keep to the deadlines as other events depend on the results being available at the specified time  Seek advice if unsure-call EOS helpline 58009 or consult the 2011 Examination Guidance  Enter marks and recommendations for all students (taking into account PAB referrals and holds)  Students will see their results on the portal as soon as you release them so do not release until final checks have been carried out  Remember to enter marks and ARTs for Affiliate students
