6 The ICS Coach Coaches Getting Started Workshop Coaching across the organisation Can translate the Award requirements into context of the practitioner’s role and evaluate the evidence Understands the ICS Award requirements and the development process through to ICS assessment Introduction of an ICS Coach Award

7 ICS Coaches Network Coaches network meets quarterly for continual professional development (CPD) and to share good practice Opportunity to develop coaching skills – a great asset towards personal development Sharing knowledge Intranet ICS Team Room
