2  List of eligible schools on Attachment A  FY2010 1003(a) allocation to each school in the amount of $81,300 ◦ Must be encumbered by September 30, 2012 ◦ Final reimbursement requests must be submitted by November 1, 2012

3  Submission of the Data Analysis Quarterly Reports beginning at the end of first (1 st ) nine weeks.  Development of an improvement plan via the Indistar® web-based planning tool (Center on Innovation and Improvement - CII), including a division-level improvement plan and a school-level improvement plan.  Division Contact attendance for all meetings at the College of William and Mary, web conferences and other training as required by release of 1003(a) funds. ◦ College of William and Mary meeting dates:  Oct. 3, 2011; Dec. 5, 2011; Feb. 13, 2012; Mar. 26, 2012.  Principal(s) attendance at all web conferences and other training as required by the release of 1003(a) funds.

24 Applications are due on Friday, June 17, 2011. The application must be submitted to the Office of School Improvement via the Virginia Department of Education’s Single Sign-On for Web Systems (SSWS) Drop Box from the division’s Superintendent’s office to Janice Pierson by Friday, June 17, 2011. In the subject line, indicate the division name and application type (e.g., Portsmouth 1003a Application). Retain the original application in the division’s files.
