Where we are Workshop for country reps and ISC meeting in May 2006 UNEP selected 6 country projects proposals –Cameroon, Madagascar, Mauritius, Uganda, Jamaica, Papua New Guinea Lead ministries and national institutions identified (trade, agriculture, environment) MOUs under preparation 3 Reps of each country attending the capacity building workshop

3. Objectives The workshop aims to prepare country teams for implementation of country projects at national level. Anticipating your challenges:  Communication (presenting project to others)  Analysis (understanding integrated assessment)  Organisation (getting project started)

5. Specific Objectives of Workshop - Analysis - ….Have better understanding about the tools and techniques used for an integrated assessment –Conceptual framework –Criteria and indicators –Scenario building –Valuation –Stakeholder involvement
