18 Conclusions There are strong needs and demands of High- Definition quality in telemedicine. Telepathology and surgery are good candidates and ready for trial. HD may also be expected to improve the quality of PC presentation. Multicast is strongly requested in telemedicine, which needs more bandwidth between KJ.
