A library worker teaches people how to read call numbers, also known as Dewey numbers. Another big job a library worker does is buy and look for new books and other items for the library to entertain the future readers. A library worker also is polite, and reads to children to entertain and teach. WHAT DOES A LIBRARY WORKER DO?

Library workers use many different tools to help the library. For example, computers, shelf markers, computer catalogs, charts, maps, books, and many more. Library workers have many tools. They all help in their own special way. WHAT TOOLS DO LIBRARY WORKERS USE?

Library workers have an important job. Their work depends on the library. They manage the library, they help find books, they buy and sort all of the books, and they also help you find information online. A library worker has a lot of responsibilities to help benefit the library. WHY IS A LIBRARY WORKER IMPORTANT?

Did you know that there is a such thing as a mobile library? It is also called a book mobile (as know as a moving library or a car with a library)? Libraries can come in all different shapes and sizes. A librarian can read books to you if you ask with them. !FUN FACTS!
