3 How Many Periods in a Day? English Math Social Studies Science World Language Or Full Year Elective (Art, IA, FCS, E, B, M, Health on page 13 & 14) PE AD Elective (pg 6) Teachers recommend 4 classes in curricular areas Phys Edu (AD) & (AD) elective Choose Foreign Lang or Full Yr Elective

4 Alternate Day Elective (AD) If you are in a music program, choose a music course Reference pg 6 in the Program Planning Book: Take an AD elective in Art, IA tech, Family &Consumer Science, English, Business, Math, or Health Elective must meet on AD basis and be open to 9 th graders. Select 1st choice and bring 2 additional choices when you meet with counselor

5 Receive credit for each class you take from Sept-June and receive a D or better Credits 6 4 Credits a Year X Years at North = 24 At Graduation* * You must have 23 credits to graduate
