TILLEGRA VALLEY COMMUNITY Hunter Water will: –Work closely with affected landholders and lessees –Negotiate purchase and relocation options, including timing –Establish local Community Reference Group –Make available senior management resource to undertake communication/consultation.

ENVIRONMENT Application for approval will be made under Part 3A of EP&A Act. Detailed environmental investigations to be undertaken All stakeholders included in consultation process.

FUNDING OF TILLEGRA DAM $300 million project –Charges for new development Typically around $1000/new lot within Hunter –Increase in charges to existing customers –Commercial arrangements to be negotiated between Hunter & Central Coast. Prices will not change until mid 2009
