Student UID EC users in each LEA, Charter School and State Operated Program must resolve near matches for children not enrolled in a school (PK and Out of School).

Student UID Best Practices: If unsure or the child does not have an NC WISE ID# leave this field blank in CECAS. Use the Local ID# field instead. Resolve near matches in UID system as quickly as possible to avoid duplicating unresolved near matches that still exist when a new data load is submitted from CECAS to UID.
11
Student UID Current Schedule (Subject to Change): Data submitted automatically from CECAS to UID for processing the 22nd of each month Users log into UID system to resolve near matches after the 22nd Near matches must be resolved prior to the next data submission CECAS NC WISE ID# and demographic data will be updated on Mondays as IDs are assigned and near matches resolved
