11 WHAT IS CCP? “The Community Consulting Project is a program that matches Ivey Business School students with local NPOs to undertake pro-bono consulting projects under the guidance of advisors from global consulting firm, Accenture.” HOW IT WORKS 9 teams consisting of 4 HBA1 students and 1-2 Accenture advisors 2-month program duration from October 1 – December 4 6-week project engagement from October 12 – November 23 RESULTS Final presentation to NPO client Deliverables (written report and/or PPT deck)

12 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CCP Directors Accenture Advisors HBA1 Students NPO Clients Oversee program logistics Co-ordinate with NPOs, Accenture, Ivey, HBA1s, CCP Alumni, and media Hold weekly calls to track progress and provide guidance to students throughout the engagement Answer questions about consulting and Accenture Collaborate weekly with client and advisors to research, analyze, and deliver recommendations Update directors with progress and concerns Be readily available to provide feedback and information to students via phone/ /in-person Attend opening and closing ceremonies
