3. The training programme Topic phase 1 = guest housing: preparing snacks decorating the tables laying the tables taking orders serving meals and drinks attending the guests calculating the invoices cashing finishing works

4. The training programme Curriculum: 3 units: Preparations (6 chapters) Serving the guests (4 chapters) Finishing (6 chapters) Theoretical and practical training

5. The training programme U1: preparations Dealing with customers / foreign people Interior design Personal hygiene Setting the table Arranging the meals Handling the kitchen machines and tools

6. The training programme U2: serving the guests Welcome Serving Ongoing services cashing U3: finishing Polishing off Sorting and correct washing of the laundry Pouring Kitchen Cleaning the room Preparations for the next day

8. The pilot Date: 22.09., 25.09., 27.09., 02.10., 04.10. Early date because of the weather (we want to serve our guests outside in the yard)  only some chapters of the whole training programme for the actual training phase before the pilot run were selected 5 participants from Labuch are actually trained For less stress Chance B colleagues / groups are invited; additionally we will invite Mrs. Gruber as an external expert
