Why non verbal communication is important ? Nonverbal communication skills improve relationships by helping you: 1.Understand others people emotions (what they’re feeling and the unspoken messages they’re sending). 2. Create trust in relationships by sending nonverbal signals that match up with your words. 3. Respond with nonverbal communication show to others that you understand, notice, and care.
