4. Action Points  Roberto (OCHA) to seek clarification for the GOI and advise partners on how long Al Shams complex would remain open to accommodate families (and those relocated after the flood). Following discussions with the GOI, Roberto confirmed that Al Shams complex will accommodate families until Ramadi is brought back under control and families can return.  Any partner with resources to support the RO station and WTP in HTC to advise the WCC.  UNICEF to make a presentation on the modality of WSCs at the next coordination meeting so that partners can have a common understanding of this modality.  Alaa (WASH IMO) to disseminate step by step guide to update on Activity Info website

11. 11 The unit will undertake the following tasks:  Coordinate and follow up WASH ongoing services.  Coordinate with other clusters interventions.  Establish cooperation mechanism with the concerned Municipalities/service providers’ directorates.  Coordinate and supervise all WASH supplies distribution campaigns.  Receipt daily IDPs WASH complains and follow up on response with partners and/or concerned local authorities.  Carry out water quality monitoring and evaluation.  Carry out needs assessments and gaps surveys and share with WASH cluster  Response to onset WASH emergencies  Prepare list of available local capacities /volunteers, workers, promoters...etc.  Ensure well- organized visibility of actors and/or donors.  Status and progress report (daily/weekly) to WASH cluster focal point. 21. Information and Reporting Lines Field Assessment form will be compiled by entering its field raw data into Collective Excel Sheet for needs assessment by WSCs focal points in charge of reporting. The resulted10 excel sheets of needs assessment for 10 WSC will be compiled into one collective excel sheet for all WSCs by UNICEF (IP) focal point. The final collective excel sheet will determine WASH Needs upon WASH agreed upon standards by using restricted entries to dropdown lists and calculated formulas for Water and Sanitation. 21

22. Reporting Requirements Implemented activities will be recorded into 4W matrix form by IP focal point. IP focal point in turn will audit and forward all information (needs and activities) to UNICEF IMO on weekly basis. IP focal point and WSCs focal points will daily report to WASH team upon instructions. IP focal point will monthly report on AI UNICEF WASH database. 22
